AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS 

1. GENERAL

The process of affiliation means that you get commission for every purchase referred to us by you. Numero Affiliate Program also pays you commission on the same client's future purchases for as long as the client is active on our system; we trace the client activities for 90 days from the date of their last purchase.

Terms and Conditions represent an agreement between Numero and the Affiliate. Signing up to Numero eSIM’s affiliate program means that you agree to current and future program Terms. Numero eSIM has the right to update these Terms without notice. Using the program after Terms changes constitutes your consent to the new Terms. We advise you to check the affiliate program terms frequently.

In case of an agreement breach, Numero has the right to deactivate your Affiliate Account, with or without notice.

2. TRACKING AND ATTRIBUTION

• The Affiliate is given a unique tracking link that only tracks sales from that specific link.

• Attribution is lifetime as long as the Affiliate Customer is active.

• An active Customer is someone who makes at least one sale within 90 days.

• The first 90 days start calculating from the date the Customer registers in Numero app.

• Each new sale resets the 90 days to a new starting date from the date of the last sale.

• Affiliate earns commission for all available products in Numero eSIM app.

• Purchases done via Numero credit as a payment option are not calculated as affiliate sales and thus does not add to affiliate commission revenues.

• Bundles (contain 2 or more products) commissions are calculated per bundle and not per bundle product.

• Affiliate also earns commissions for renewed subscriptions.

• If the affiliate status is “inactive” after 3 months (no sales), the relation between the affiliate and their customer will be broken, and the customer might be reattributed to another affiliate.

3. MONITORING THE REVENUES:

• Affiliate is provided access to their own account dashboard.

• Affiliate will be able to trace the number of clients who:

• Click the affiliate link.

• Register in the app.

• Make any purchases

• Purchase and revenue data.

4. ADVERTISEMENT

• Numero offers the Affiliate helpful materials and graphics for the affiliate to use them in the promotion of Numero eSIM’s products.

• Affiliate is hereby given the (limited) right to use these materials only for the purpose of promoting our products professionally.

• Numero has the right to ask the Affiliate to take down or modify any promotional materials if they contain misleading or wrong information.

• These Affiliate rights are directly associated with the Affiliate’s account activation. If the Affiliate account is terminated, the license to use these materials is terminated as well.

• Online Affiliate is responsible for the integration of the affiliation link/QR code on their websites. They will also be responsible for the development and maintenance of owned technical promotional channels (ex: website/app).

• Affiliate is responsible to making sure that their promotional materials do not infringe any laws, 3rd party rules, privacy terms and concerns, copyrights, trademarks or property rights.

5. LIABILITY

• The Affiliate participates in Numero eSIM’s Affiliate Program at their own risk, with their own free will.

• Numero eSIM gives no warranties or guarantees of revenue or profits to the Affiliate.

• Numero is not responsible for the Affiliate’s direct or indirect loss, damages or inconveniences or damages to revenues or profits arising while being in the Affiliate Program agreement with Numero.

6. COMMISSIONS AND PAYOUT

• Affiliate earns a one-time commission for each new sale, and continuous commission for each renewed subscription or purchase.

• The affiliate payment cycle is set to be every 45 days, paid within 7 days from the end of the payment cycle.

• Affiliate payouts are available for cashout with a minimum amount based on cashout options.

• Payments are done mainly through PayPal, in the countries where PayPal is not providing any cashout services, a bank transfer or Western Union payments are possible with the transfer fees paid from the Affiliate commissions.

• Affiliate is required to complete a payment profile before continuing to payment withdrawal.

• In case of suspicious activity from the Affiliate, Numero has the right to hold or suspend the payment process temporarily or permanently as the case requires.

7. MISCELLANEOUS

• You must be 18 or above to join our affiliate program.

• Do not share your account info with anyone else. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Numero is not liable for any losses or damages to your Affiliate account if you don’t comply with this security obligation.

• Numero Customers coming from you, the Affiliate, are considered our customers, and therefore fall under all of our current and future rules and policies.

8. TERMINATION

Numero has the right to terminate the affiliate agreement with or without notification in the following cases:

• In case of performing harmful actions towards your Affiliate account, other Affiliate accounts, or to the business.

• In case of misuse of promotional materials or providing misleading info to customers or 3rd parties.

• In case of illegal or unethical use of the program.

• Only Numero has the right to decide and judge any type of the service misuse whether it is mentioned here or is not mentioned in this agreement.

• Upon termination, the affiliate will be deprived access to the account and lose all potential and/or unpaid commissions.

• The Affiliate also has the right to terminate the agreement from their side, required that we Numero eSIM is notified in advance.
